  • If I have a problem, is there anyone to help me?

    There will always be a contact person to help you with whatever you need.

  • Does the building have security?

    Security is provided by closed-circuit cameras.

  • How many people can it accommodate?

    Depending on the apartment you book, up to 5 guests can stay.

  • How old is the building?

    The building was inaugurated in May 2019.

  • Is it suitable for people in wheelchairs or using crutches?

    Yes. It has a spacious automatic elevator, and the hallways are also generously sized and step-free. The bathrooms are large, but have bathtubs. They are not accessible.

  • What is the arrival and departure procedure?

    The check-in and check-out process is very easy and quick. Once we receive your booking, we'll contact you via WhatsApp with all the details and coordinate your check-in time so we can be ready to give you the keys and show you how everything works. If you need to arrive at night, we'll arrange that too! We just need to let you know in advance.

  • Is there parking inside the building?

    We have parking spaces available in the building. They are rented separately and incur an additional charge. They are suitable for cars and vans up to 4.5 meters long.

  • Do you allow pets?

    No

  • Is street parking allowed in this area?

    Yes, but it's difficult to find a place at certain times.

  • Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

    Smoking is not allowed in any of our apartments.

  • Are the apartments equipped?

    All our apartments are very well equipped, with complete tableware and appliances.

  • Do the departments include linens?

    All our apartments are provided with sheets, towels and bath towels for each guest.

  • Is it easy to get around by public transport from the apartments?

    It's very easy. We are half a block from Libertador Avenue where many buses pass, and a few blocks from Cabildo Avenue to take the subway or from Barrancas de Belgrano to travel by train.
